We accept cash in NZD, AUD or USD at the same rate or credit card direct to the driver. We can also charge back to the room.

Our listed prices cover up to 11 passengers. For larger groups, call us. We can source anything through out partner network right up to double-decker buses.
Making a booking
- Click 'book now' and browse the list of services & tours, select the number of passengers 1-11, date and time
- Click 'book now' and select any extras associated with that service or tour. Click 'confirm'
- The total's will appear, which you can use to quote the customer
- IMPORTANT: Enter the voucher code 'PULLMAN'. This tells us it's you guys booking it and tracks your commission
- Complete the form, entering the customers name, number (they'll receive a confirmation SMS), Pullman email address firstname.lastname@example.org (so you can receive an email confirmation), ethnicity and language (so we can send the most appropriate driver) and any special requirements such as room number (if charging the room), tour suggestions, meal preferences, age of any children etc
- Enter the pick-up and drop-off locations and select the payment type;
- Select 'card' if the client wants to pay in advance. If you have these details already, go for it (recommended)
- Select 'cash' if the client is paying the driver directly by cash or card upon completion
- Select 'pay by invoice' if you want to charge back to the room
NOTE: We won't process any credit card or confirm the booking until we review it. Typically within an hour, please advise the customer accordingly. Once accepted you'll receive an email and the guest an SMS.
Some tickets such as Hobbiton must be pre-booked during peak times to avoid missing out on a spot. Ezy Driver will arrange this any may suggest an alternative pick-up date or time if necessary.
With the clients prior permission prices are subject to change throughout the day should additional hours, tickets etc be required.
- Earn 10% CASH commission when customers pay by cash or card directly to Ezy Driver. The drivers have EFTPOS on board.
- Or earn 5% CASH commission for room charge backs. Additional 5% commission applied to the invoice
- Commission is recorded in our booking system and paid monthly to the chief concierge including a booking report
